Our Store Policies
Payment:
At the Stonehouse of Campbellville, we accept most major forms of payment. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Debit/Interac, cheques, and cash.
Return Policy:
Windows are given a one week return period. You may either exchange the window, or, if you prefer, receive a full refund. You must bring the receipt with you. Please ensure that the window is brought back in its proper condition. Windows marked "AS IS" or as "CLEARANCE" can not be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Examples of such things are:
- Broken frame/glass panels
- Thermopaning on the glass
- Mismatched or sandblasted glass
- Lead work faults
- Older stock
